ACCESSIBILITY

Attendees requiring an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA):
It is recommended that attendee makes his/her/their request at least [10 days] in advance in order to allow MNSW and the venues time to review the request and make arrangements for the accommodation. All requests for accommodation, regardless of timeliness, will be given due consideration and if necessary, may require an interactive process between the requester and MNSW to determine the best course of action. You will be notified by email once a decision is made on your request. Additional information may be needed to process your request.

MNSW reserves the right to offer an alternative accommodation if one is more readily available and effective in accommodating your needs. A request for accommodation does not guarantee admission to any event(s) at MN SWIMWEEK, individuals must still meet requirements for press accreditation or be an invited designer guest.
